According to the Hunterdon Review, a lawsuit was filed in January 2010 by Steven and Pamela Jones. Who are the defendants? The case has been brought against the Borough of High Bridge, the Union Ford Heritage Association, and up to 10 other individuals. The plaintiffs claim that Mr. Jones had toured the Solitude House Museum, which is managed by the Union Ford Heritage Association, on Saturday, September 5th, 2009. It is alleged that while trying to tour the nearby annex, he slipped on a pile of leaves and fell, suffering two fractured wrists and injuries to his face. Although the annex was supposed to be closed, Jones alleges there was a sign welcoming guests to enter. He claims the injuries led to continuous pain, as well as limited movement of his wrist.
