Refinancing your home: What we need to know
When times get hard, everyone looks for different ways to save money. One of the most popular ways to save money is to refinance your mortgage. Other things that we need to know are your closing date and the name, address, and phone # of the new Mortgage lender. We will be in constant contact with your Mortgage company throughout this process because they will want to know that you have homeowners insurance.
